- More than 270 research papers and scientific articles in Animal Production.
- The article titled: "Rabbits' productive, reproductive and physiological performance traits as affected by heat stress: A review" by I.F.M. Marai, A.A.M. Habeeb and A.E. Gad (2002), published in Livestock Production Science Vol. 78/2, Pages 71-90, was selected and included in the Guidelines of Relevant Research that were used during the recent ADSA/ASAS Annual Meeting, held in Phoenix, in the year 2003.
- The papers titled: "Genome analysis of genbank known rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) genes" by A. Fadiel, G. Ganji, A. Farouk and I.F.M. Marai, (2003), World Rabbit Science Vol. 11(3): 117-136; and the article titled: "Structural and functional relationships shown by genomic analysis of Capra hircus genes" by A. Fadiel, S. Lithwick, G. Ganji and I.F.M. Marai (2003), Journal of Agricultural Science (Britain) Vol. 140: 235-244; were the first of their kind to be published in each of the two Journals.
